Refund policy

At Ambrosilk we want you to love what you bought. If for any reason you do not, returning it is simple and there is nothing buried in the fine print.

Order cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing info@ambrosilk.com with your order number. After that window we cannot guarantee cancellation, as your order may already be in processing. Once it has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — but you can still return it after delivery under the terms below.

30 day easy returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused
• In their original condition
• Returned with their original packaging, tags and accessories

Our support team will walk you through the whole process. Restocking fee: $0. We do not charge one.

Who pays for return shipping

Defective, damaged or incorrect items — we do. If the item you received is the wrong one, arrived damaged by the carrier, or is defective in any way, the return costs you nothing. Send a photo to info@ambrosilk.com and we will cover the return in full.

Change of mind — you do. If the wrong item was ordered, the size does not fit, or the piece is simply no longer wanted, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to return an item

1. Contact us. Email info@ambrosilk.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Pack your item. Repack it securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags and documents.
3. Send it back. Ship your return using the instructions in your return authorisation email. Please wait for that email before sending anything — returns sent without authorisation are difficult for us to trace.

Refund process

• Inspection. Once your return reaches us we inspect it against the conditions above.
• Refund timing. After approval, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be initiated to your original payment method. How quickly it appears after that depends on your bank or payment provider.

Warranty

Every purchase carries a 30 day warranty against manufacturing faults, including failed seams, flawed weave and damage in transit. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will replace the item at no cost to you, or refund it, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you would like a different size, colourway or piece entirely, email info@ambrosilk.com and we will arrange it directly rather than putting you through a return and a fresh order.

If your order has not arrived

If your order has not reached you within the expected delivery window, email info@ambrosilk.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no additional cost — your choice.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons some items cannot be returned once opened or worn. These products are clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages. This exclusion never applies to an item that arrived defective, damaged or incorrect.

Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised Last updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
